Bought this for an AK 74U. It did not fit. Needed a side mount scope instead. Amazon was very nice about refunding the cost, however. I was very appreciative.

Product worked as advertised. Was a present for my son so he could add a laser scope to his air soft guns. He loves it and its a great product with no issues.

The price was low so I decided to take the plunge and try it on my AK. When I got it, it was in decent condition, and was in a box clearly made for airsoft. This mount does hold zero, but thats inherent of the ak sidemount system. It sits low and close to the bore which is good if using a red dot.
A con for me is that there are no fine adjustments. Its either on too tight or barely enough to keep the mount from sliding back when pulling on it. Also the locking lever feels a bit flimsy. Yeah its metal, but I don't know how long it will hold up
